From her initial call to us all the way to closing, Jessica did it all and represented us beyond belief. I will frame this a little better....we felt so comfortable with her abilities, we never visited NC until the day we moved here at closing. She answered every call, provided updates without being asked, ran all inspections to ground for us, made recommendations when needed and even advocated on our behalf to sellers agent. It doesn’t stop there...even after closing Jessica dedicated an entire day to spend with my wife and I to get familiar with Franklin (Show me another agent who does that).
